Dragon Ball - Kami's Lookout Papercraft
In the Dragon Ball series, God's Observatory or Observatory (神 様 'Kami-sama no Shinden', lit. "God's Temple") is an ancient platform set in orbiting geostationary in the sky of the Earth, the Tower of Korin was directly above. For a time, the tower of Korin and the observatory were connected by electric poles. From here you can observe events on Earth and feel the battle in space. After Kami merged with Piccolo, Dende took over, technically making it Dende's Observatory.
