Super Saiyan 2 is the sequel to the original Super Saiyan form. Like a Super Saiyan, but with lots of sparks around. Both speed and power are greatly increased. Son Gohan was the first to reach this level in the manga or anime, using it in his fight against Cell. After that, Son Goku, Vegeta and Future Trunks all reached this level.
